There is a beautiful truth in Scripture that many people miss.
There is a beautiful truth in Scripture that many people miss.
God’s goodness toward us is so vast that it will take eternity for Him to reveal it.
The Bible actually says this:
Ephesians 2:7
“That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.”
Think about that.
“In the ages to come.”
Not just today.
Not just in this life.
Not even just in the beginning of eternity.
Ages.
God is so rich in mercy, grace, love, wisdom, beauty, and goodness that eternity itself will be the unfolding of it.
We will never reach the end of His kindness.
We will never reach the bottom of His grace.
We will never run out of new reasons to worship Him.
Psalm 16:11 says:
“In thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
Forever is not long enough to exhaust the goodness of God.
The hope we have in Christ is not small.
It is not temporary.
It is not fragile.
It is eternal.
